You are not alone in your struggles
I support individuals who are stuck or overwhelmed by emotions through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). This simple yet powerful technique can help adults, children and teens to radically improve their emotional wellbeing.
Hi, I’m Suzanne
My name is Suzanne Ferera and I am an occupational therapist. I have worked in mental health for over 30 years, and am a mother of three.
I am a certified Calmer, Easier, Happier Parenting practitioner as well as a clinical Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.
I offer to help families with any parenting issues they want to work on. I work with adults, teens and children who may benefit in learning EFT as a calming strategy and to help process and clear any emotional or physical issues they want to work on.
